For this play & sing, you will play the basso continuo (bass line only, no chords) while singing the vocal melody, for one of the two songs linked below.
You will learn both parts by ear. You are free to use notation if you wish, including when you perform.
You may play the bass line on either piano or guitar.
Evening Hymn: Play from the basso continuo intro up to the second statement of “...even in thy arms”, i.e. as far as 1:00 on the recording.
