Grades
Grades will be posted here by confidential 4-character code, beginning about the 4th week of the semester.
The posting is pretty low-tech: it's just an image of the class grade spreadsheet, using your personal code in place of your name (see this example). This is why you need to make your code clearly anonymous.
Your net course average is based on these weightings:
- quizzes and teoria drills, 28%
- written assignments, 22%
- tests, 50% (tests 1 & 2 @ 15% each, final @ 20%)
Attendance factors in as specified in the syllabus: “Each unexcused absence beyond two lowers
your attendance grade by a percentage point.”
